Autumn Snow

We had a night away at Nenthead in the pennines this weekend. What we weren't expecting was freezing temperatures and Autumn snowfall.

The picture is of Killhope lead mining museum just west of Wearhead.

West hide at Low Barns

Spent a couple of hours in the West hide at Low Barns on Tuesday.

It was very quiet but I had good views of Kingfisher, Long-tailed Tits and Great Spotted Woodpecker.

Wood Spirit

Walking back from Bradley Burn today we came across this tree. I think there is a wood sprite living here!
