Autumn Brambles

We collected 3 boxes of blackberries from the banks of the Wear today. As a bonus we also saw a Kingfisher flash past.

We have just returned from a holiday in Andalucia looking at historical sites. The last thing we thought we would see when walking at midday in bright sunshine over an old Roman bridge in Cordoba was a large dog otter chasing fish in the Guadalquivir River!
