Tunstall reservoir and woods
We had a very nice walk around Tunstall today in spring sunshine. There were lots of birds about including 4 Pied Flycatchers in the woods. 1 female and 3 males.
The Wood Anemone and Celandine are coming into bloom along the banks of the River Wear east of Wolsingham. There is fresh otter spraint on rocks in the river.
