Dragonflies and kestrels

There was a very large dragonfly in the garden at the end of last week. It was so large it was very obvious even though it was several yards away. No ID unfortunately.

We saw a young hedgehog on Pesspool lane at approximately 4.30 p.m.

An evening walk along the railway line last night gave us an excellent view of a male kestrel perched in the hedge.
