Baal Wood

I had a very enjoyable walk today round Baal Wood reserve in Wolsingham in the company of five members of the Low Barns Photography Group.

There were very few birds and butterflies but we saw a wide range of early autumn fungi including Oyster mushroom, Sulphur Tuft, Ear fungus, Giant Polypore ,Stinkhorn and King Alfred's Cakes.
